Sending Parts From Outside Jeddah

Coated Lab offers nationwide shipping, so you don't need to be local to work with us. Here's how it works if you're sending parts in.

1. Start With a Quote

Browse the coating library and submit a start order request with your part details and photos, same as a local customer. We'll confirm price, finish setup, and timeline, including shipping considerations, before you send anything.

2. Package Parts Carefully

Once your quote is confirmed, pack parts to prevent movement and impact during transit. A few guidelines:

• Wrap each part individually to prevent them from knocking against each other
• Use sturdy boxes with enough padding to prevent shifting
• Protect any existing finished or delicate surfaces, such as chrome or machined faces, with extra padding
• Include a note with your name and order details inside the box

3. Confirm Shipping Details

Reach out through WhatsApp or email once your parts are on the way so we can expect them and match them to your order.

4. Return Shipping

Once your parts are finished, we'll coordinate return shipping or pickup, whichever works best for you. Shipping cost and timeline are confirmed as part of your quote.
