Every standard powder-coated finish completed by Coated Lab is backed by our workmanship warranty. If the coating fails because of our preparation, application, or curing within 12 months of delivery, we make it right.
What Is Covered
Peeling, flaking, blistering, and coating or clear-coat adhesion failure caused by Coated Lab preparation, application, or curing under normal use and conditions.
What Is Not Covered
Impact damage, scratches, curbing, stone chips, tire installation or removal damage, accidents, misuse, racing, off-road use, extreme heat exposure, brake fluid, fuel, harsh chemicals, acidic or alkaline cleaners, pressure washing too close, or corrosion and defects caused by the original condition of the part before coating.
Limited Coverage
Special-effect finishes (candy, chrome-effect, metallic), high-heat parts, heavily corroded or repaired parts, and customer-supplied powders may have limited warranty coverage or exclusions. These will be noted at the time of quoting.
How to Make a Claim
Send the following by WhatsApp or email:
- Clear photos of the issue
- Your original invoice
- Your order reference number (format: CL-YYYY-####)
We will review and respond within 3 business days.
