From Request to Finished Part

Every project moves through two stages: getting a quote, and the coating work itself. Here is how both work.

1. Browse Coatings

Choose one or multiple finishes from the coating library.

2. Start Order

Send your part details, finish plan, and preferences.

3. Send Photos

Photos help us review condition, prep, and quote accuracy. Include full views and close-ups of any damage, rust, old coating, or repairs.

4. Receive Quote

We confirm price, timeline, and coating setup before work starts. We do not quote blindly, every request is reviewed against the part's condition, the finish selected, and the preparation required.

Once Work Begins

After a quote is confirmed, your part goes through four stages before it ships back or is ready for pickup.

Inspect

We check the part condition, current coating, corrosion, damage, and finish goal.

Prep

The part is prepared so the coating has a clean surface to bond to.

Coat

The selected powder is applied with attention to coverage and finish consistency.

Cure

The coating is cured properly so the finish can harden and perform.
