01 — Inspect
We review the parts, assess condition, confirm the finish type, and flag anything that needs attention before we start.
02 — Strip & Blast
Old coating, rust, and surface contamination are fully removed. We profile the surface correctly so the powder has something to bond to.
03 — Prep
Parts are cleaned, masked where needed, and prepared for coating. Proper prep is what separates a finish that lasts from one that doesn't.
04 — Coat
Premium USA-imported powder is applied with controlled technique and even coverage. Applied to the technical data sheet of each powder.
05 — Cure
Parts go into the oven at the correct temperature and time for a strong, permanent bond. No guessing. No shortcuts.
06 — Deliver
Final inspection before anything leaves. Parts are tagged, packed carefully, and ready for pickup or nationwide shipping.
